Mindbody Pricing (2026): What a Pilates Studio Actually Pays

Short answer: Mindbody publishes one US subscription price. Starter is from $79 USD per month per location. Accelerate and Ultimate are quote-only. On top of that, Mindbody describes a card-processing rate that is not printed, plus a fixed fee of $0.10 to $0.30 per transaction in North America and Asia, and a 20% fee on a new Mindbody-app client’s first purchase, capped at $30. Run a studio’s own inputs in the cost calculator. The calculator will not invent the missing card rate.

Plans at a glance

The US pricing page lists three plans. Every plan button says “Let’s talk”. The page states the entry price and does not state Accelerate or Ultimate prices. A Mindbody blog post, last updated October 2, 2026, says the same thing: Accelerate and Ultimate are quote-based.

PlanPublished priceWhat the page says is includedSource
StarterFrom $79 USD/month per location (North America and Asia)Self-serve booking, integrated payments, automated email reminders, reporting, branded booking widgets, a customized website, a Mindbody app listing. No fee for additional users.US pricing, US pricing blog
AccelerateQuote only / not publishedThe pricing page says it adds resource management and Client Pick-a-Spot. The blog says it is for more complex workflows, extra reporting, and operational controls.Same two pages
UltimateQuote only / not publishedThe pricing page says it adds automated email and text marketing with a monthly text bundle. The blog says it adds email and SMS marketing and AI front-desk support.Same two pages

Australia’s own pricing page, checked the same day, prints three plans per location: Go A$89, Core A$279, Growth A$369. Those buttons also say “Let’s talk”.

Fees outside the subscription

From the US pricing page and the October 2, 2026 blog:

A worked example, without a made-up card rate

Mindbody prices per location, not per reformer. A 6-reformer studio is still one location unless the business has more than one address.

Open the calculator and set region to United States, locations to 1, and leave Mindbody’s card rate blank. The row will show from $79 for Starter and card rate not published. Add marketplace clients only if you want the published 20% first-purchase fee, capped at $30, applied to the average first purchase you type in. This page does not multiply $79 by six reformers.

CanadaNo separate Canadian price list was on the US page. That page states the $79 USD entry price for North America and Asia. Canadian card percentages are not on that page.US pricing
AustraliaGo A$89, Core A$279, Growth A$369 per location per month. The Australia page does not print an Australian card percentage. Its payments answer repeats the $0.10 to $0.30 fixed fee for North America and Asia.Australia pricing

Contracts, cancellation, and switching

The US pricing page says the contract depends on the plan and billing terms you signed, including promotions. Cancellation is through the account or Customer Support and may require advance notice based on the agreement. It does not print a single notice period that applies to every studio.

Switching in: Mindbody says it offers data transfer and that fees may apply. It does not publish the fee.

Is Mindbody worth it for a Pilates studio?

The pricing page fits a studio that wants a published entry price, unlimited users at one location, a website in that entry price, and a listing in the Mindbody app, and that will get the card rate and any higher tier in writing before signing. It is a weak fit for a studio that needs Pick-a-Spot on the entry plan: the pricing table shows Pick-a-Spot on Accelerate and Ultimate, not on Starter, and those two prices are not published.

Published-price alternatives, not a ranking, are on Mindbody alternatives. Direct comparisons: WellnessLiving vs Mindbody and Zen Planner vs Mindbody. Momence, which does not publish a price, is in Momence vs Mindbody and the Momence review.

FAQ

How much is Mindbody per month?

The US pricing page, checked November 3, 2026, says Starter starts at $79 USD per month per location. Accelerate and Ultimate are not priced there. Australia’s page lists Go at A$89, Core at A$279, and Growth at A$369 per location per month.

Does Mindbody charge per staff member?

No. The US pricing page and the October 2, 2026 pricing blog say there is no fee for additional users at a location. The subscription is per location.

What is Mindbody’s processing rate?

Not published as a percentage. The US pricing page and the blog say Mindbody Payments is a rate plus a fixed fee of $0.10 to $0.30 per transaction in North America and Asia. The percentage depends on card-present versus card-not-present and is not printed.

What is the Mindbody app 20% fee?

20% of the first purchase by a client who is new to the business and came through the Mindbody app, capped at $30. The US pricing page also writes the cap as $30 USD or 30 in local currency, and says later bookings are commission-free.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

The US pricing page says there is no onboarding fee on any plan. Data transfer is separate: the page says fees may apply and does not print the amount.

How much does the Mindbody branded app cost?

Not published. The October 2, 2026 blog lists a custom-branded mobile app as a premium add-on and does not give a price.

Can I cancel Mindbody anytime?

Not as a single published rule. The pricing page says cancellation depends on the plan and billing terms, may require advance notice, and is handled in the account or with Customer Support.

Is Mindbody cheaper than WellnessLiving or Momence?

Against WellnessLiving’s published US prices, Starter at $69 per month is for one staff member and Business at $199 per month is the unlimited-staff plan. Mindbody’s published entry price is from $79 per month per location with unlimited users. Momence does not publish a price. See WellnessLiving vs Mindbody and Momence vs Mindbody. Card rates are still missing on both Mindbody’s US page and WellnessLiving’s pricing page, so a full cost comparison needs the calculator plus written quotes.
